How do I get Free Shipping in the US?
It's Soooo Easy, we give FREE SHIPPING to all US orders over $50.00
How soon will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. We strive to ship your order as soon as possible, we want you to have your beautiful pieces right away!! Once your order has shipped you will receive another notification that will also include tracking information.
Once your order has shipped delivery timeframes are out of our control. In times of severe weather, high mail volume, holidays, or postal service problems significant delays may occur.
Keep calm and await your happy delivery day... they say absence makes the heart grow fonder, right?
How do I get a tracking number or confirmation of shipment?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Do you ship International?
We do offer international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International shipping can include lengthy shipping times. For answers to specific questions regarding international shipping please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Izzy + Jo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Return and Exchange Questions
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Izzy + Jo and are here to help!
We offer returns within 14 days of purchase (some exclusions apply). Items not eligible to be returned are 1) Earrings [for hygiene reasons] 2) Gift Cards 3) Final Sale Items 4) Gifts with Purchase 5) Items discounted 50% or more.
To be eligible for refund, all items must be returned in original condition (unused) and in its original Izzy + Jo packaging.
You must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending item back so we will be aware of its return and reason. All shipping costs incurred to return the item are the responsibility of the sender.
How do I get a refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you of the status. We have full discretion to either approve or reject the refund based on the returned item and if policies to return have been followed.
If your return is approved, it will be processed and then a credit will be issued to your original form of payment. **Note** It can take 5-10 business days to process your refund, dependent on your bank or credit card company.
Can I exchange an item?
We do accept exchanges on like items- so you may exchange a ring for the same ring in a different size, or you may exchange a gold anklet for the same one in silver (except for earrings because of hygiene reasons). Items must be returned in original condition (unused) and in its original Izzy + Jo packaging.
You must email us at email@example.com before sending the item to exchange so we will be aware of its return and the intent of exchange. All shipping costs incurred to send the item back to us at Izzy + Jo is the responsibility of the sender and is non-refundable. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will send you an invoice for shipping charge to send the new item to you.
