General Jewelry Questions:
Is Izzy + Jo jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes!!! I have extremely sensitive skin so it was extremely important to me to sell high quality, unique, beautiful jewelry that is also hypoallergenic. Our jewelry is made using Sterling Silver and REAL Gold dipped over the top of Sterling Silver.
Will my skin turn green from wearing Izzy + Jo jewelry?
We take pride in only offering the BEST quality materials so your skin should not ever turn green from the materials. Sterling Silver and Real Gold are both hypoallergenic and in themselves will not make your skin green. However, every single person has different body chemistry and because of this it is not totally impossible for some type of change to happen, if that would happen it would be most likely because of an outside factor like lotion, chemical, medication, or even a detox... it is very unlikely!
Does Izzy + Jo jewelry contain nickel?
Only the best materials are used in our jewelry, so we make sure our items do NOT contain nickel or lead.
Will my jewelry from Izzy + Jo tarnish?
All precious metals have the ability to eventually tarnish with wear. It is a reaction of the metals with oxygen, acids in your skin, or chemicals from various things. Some items to protect your jewelry from are soaps, lotions, perfumes, sunscreen, cleaning chemicals.
How do I properly care for my jewelry from Izzy + Jo?
It is very easy to care for your jewelry! Just use a mild soap and water then pat dry with a soft lint free cloth. If your jewelry needs an even deeper clean you can soak it a soapy water, rinse, and pat dry.
Store your jewelry in a ziplock type of bag (be sure to squeeze all of the extra air out) and in a cool dark space to help keep your jewelry from tarnishing. You can also store with a silica pack to absorb the oxygen or with an anti-tarnishing strip.
Do you need a cartilage piercing to wear a cuff?
No...isn't that cool!! We love our cuffs because anyone can wear them! Just slip it over the area you want to wear it at and squeeze it to make it snug against your ear. All the Fun of wearing a cuff, without the pain and commitment of an actual piercing.
How do threader earrings work? Can I use them in more than one piercing?
Threaders are basically an earring post attached to an ultra-fine chain that you can pull through your piercing until you reach the desired length. They are very unique in the fact that you get to choose from so many different ways to wear them.
You can pull them through a single piercing or thread them two or even more piercing depending on the length of them. You can pull through the back, front, and with multiple piercings create different stitch patterns. So unique, fun, and versatile to wear!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, Shopify Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.
How do I use a promo code? Can I use more than one at a time?
We occasionally offer specials with promo codes through our exclusive emails, social media, or other outlets. In order to redeem these promo codes, you will enter the promo code at checkout.
You cannot use multiple promo codes at once. They cannot be stacked on top of already discounted or sale items unless specifically stated. Promo codes do not discount shipping and handling fees.
Do I need a code to receive my free shipping?
Free Shipping is offered to all US orders over $75....No Code Needed. Woohoo!!
Do you charge sales tax?
All of your items from Izzy + Jo are shipped to you from us here in Indiana. Therefore, US tax laws require us to collect sales tax on all purchases made in the state of Indiana at the current sales tax rate of 7%.
Purchases made outside of Indiana will not be charged sales tax.
Can you adjust my price because of a special or promo code after I have made my purchase?
We LOVE spoiling our friends, family, and fans with specials every now and again! We really wish we could adjust prices after the face, but we do not have the ability to do that.

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Perfect, we LOVE that you LOVE us! We really enjoy teaming up with Izzy + Jo fans that align with our brand are willing to follow through with certain guidelines.
Basic guidelines are that you must post within 2 weeks of receiving product with our agreed upon terms. You must be sure to tag our Instagram account and use our hashtags.
