Extended Warranty

By purchasing our  extended warranty, you will be covered within normal wear and tear for an additional 6 months from receiving your jewelry item.

If you purchase this extended warranty, you will have coverage for an additional six months after your purchase. This warranty covers stone loss and plating issues with proper wear and tear. It does not cover theft or loss.

Use outside of normal wear and tear include but are not limited to: wearing your jewelry in activities such as showering, swimming, exercising with excessive sweat,  high impact sports, etc. 

Our normal policy will replace your item, if for any reason, the setting malfunctions within normal wear and tear in a 30-day period. The standard warranty policy ONLY covers manufacturing defects. Damage incurred by the owner of the jewelry will not be covered. You must email with reasons for warranty case and receive the authorization for return.  If your return is approved, we will exchange the item with the exact item (except in cases of sold out or discontinued items). Refunds will not be issued for warrantied jewelry. 

In cases where the original item is sold out or discontinued, resolution will vary based on individual circumstances and will be clearly communicated.
